Privacy Policy
Updated:
This site belongs to Kovhan O.A., sole proprietor, trading as Kamino. Below is a plain account of what we receive, when, and what we do with it. We do not sell data, show advertising, or build visitor profiles.
Booking form
When you submit the form we receive your name, email address, message, and phone number if you entered one.
It arrives as an email to our working inbox, sent through the Resend delivery service. A copy goes to your address so you have a record. We do not store form submissions in a database: everything stays in the mailbox.
We use this only to reply to you and arrange the trip.
Bot protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that a person sent the request, and to do so it processes your IP address and technical details about your browser.
Without that check the form cannot run, because the inbox fills with spam.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people actually read and which ones merely take up space.
Until you press Accept, analytics sets no cookies and assigns you no identifier. One thing deserves saying plainly: even in that state your browser sends Google cookieless signals, from which Google estimates overall traffic. They do not identify you personally.
If you accept, Google Analytics cookies are set and the statistics become more accurate. You can take that back: clear the site data in your browser and the notice will ask you again.
Google advertising signals stay switched off at all times, because we do not advertise.
Hosting and server logs
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare keeps technical request logs: IP address, timestamp, page address, browser type. They exist for security and diagnostics.
Fonts and outside requests
Fonts are stored on our own domain and loaded from here. Your browser does not request them from Google.
What is stored in your browser
Two values in local storage: the colour theme you chose and your answer to the analytics notice. Both stay in your browser and are never sent to the server.
Your rights
You may ask what data of yours we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer.
Because form messages live only in email, deletion means we delete the correspondence in question.
